Why aren't there drivers for the i740 and i752?

The standalone i740 graphics card built on the Auburn core was released in 1998. The slightly newer i752 with the Portola core was released a year later. At that time, only Windows 95 and Windows 98 drivers were available for both cards.
We are very sorry, but we could not find drivers for newer systems like Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

    Hardware detection string:
    i740 (AGP 2x): PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7800 - 82740 (i740) AGP Graphics Accelerator
    i752 (AGP 4x): PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1240 - Intel 752 Graphics Controller

Soon after its release, the i752 was withdrawn from the market and replaced with the integrated i810 (Whitney core) chipset.
